1 5 oz box fresh baby Spinach
Approximately 8 Fresh Strawberries, quartered. (Add more or less to your liking depending on the size)
¼ cup dried roasted pistachios
¼ cup goat cheese crumbled
Fresh mint to garnish
¼ cup of olive oil
1½ tbsps of balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
dash of garlic salt.
Prep the dressing by whisking together all ingredients.
