My first Gazpacho!
This recipe was the first time I had made Gazpacho and I couldn’t believe it was so easy, so light and so refreshing. It followed a long weekend of barbecues and indulgences and was so welcome.
I can’t wait to make it again with fresh veggies from our garden!
