High flavor, high protein & Delish!

The only thing better than a great veggie burger is one served fully loaded with lots of smashed avocado, tomato, red onion and lettuce!

Last Spring I was on a quest to find the perfect meatless burger and this was one of my favorites: Recipe from Simply Quinoa, it’s made with quinoa, black beans, shallots, garlic, 1 egg white & lots of spices- chili powder, cumin, lime zest & juice, and Sriracha.  And it’s BAKED!  It was really easy to make and made a large quantity.

High flavor & high protein and delicious, I can’t wait to make them again.
