Party Worthy Salad

This salad works perfectly with an Italian themed holiday meal

Party-worthy salad! I’m starting to think of my Christmas menu and this was the salad we made last year. Radicchio, arugula, toasted walnuts, dried figs & grated pecorino, dressed in a lemon, honey, coriander & EVOO vinaigrette. I made it again tonight and it was even better than I remembered!

Recipe from Vegetarian Times, it could easily be dairy-free by eliminating or substituting the pecorino as it’s a very small amount and wouldn’t impact the overall flavor.
