Our love for bliss bites is real… Breakfast on the go, healthy snack, decadent dessert all rolled into one… these “No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bliss Bites” are superfood powerhouses that will fuel you up or satisfy a sweets craving.
Inspired by Cotter Crunch, I adapted our favorite bliss bite recipe to have more of an oatmeal cookie taste. So now in addition to almond butter, chocolate chips and maple syrup, I’ve doubled up on the oatmeal, eliminated the coconut and added walnuts, dried cranberries, cinnamon and vanilla.
Just 8 ingredients, they’re still super easy & super quick but now they taste like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! Packed with nutrients & yummy!
