My boys were singing the blues because summer was ending and school was starting the next day, and I figured these absolutely AMAZING Blueberry Oatmeal Snack Bars would cheer them up.

They take about 15 minutes to prep and are packed with goodness (even though no one would guess it). The result? Melt-in-your-mouth YUM!

The filling is just fresh blueberries, chia seeds & maple syrup; the bar & crumble includes gluten-Free oats, GF Jules gluten-free flour (I didn’t have oat flour, as called for), applesauce, coconut oil, coconut sugar, cinnamon & maple syrup.
