Simple, easy and super tasty!
After a long weekend filled with lots of food and yummy treats, we love to choose a simple dinner of gluten-free Black Bean Soup, cornbread & salad. We’ve been making this quick soup forever, because it’s easy and super tasty!
As to the cornbread, I don’t usually make it from scratch. I have used several gluten-free mixes over the years including Pamela’s Products, GF Jules and Trader Joe’s. Gluten-free cornbread is delicious! If you have a recipe you want to try, we substitute GF Jules flour into nearly every recipe to make it gluten-free, and it’s always delicious.
