Easy and delicious!
Today we cleaning out the fridge and eating a wide assortment of things, to make room for some holiday entertaining this coming weekend.
This is what my plate looked like: the last of the Lentil Tahini Burgers & Pickled Cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, and grilled portobello mushrooms all on a bed of Organic Girl Super Greens and topped with hemp seeds and roasted chickpeas.
One son ate a burger and the other some pasta so we were really all over the place. 🙂
