These Gluten-Free cookies are always a crowd pleaser and why not... there's a Hershey's Kiss when you bite into this cookie! Super simple 7 ingredient recipe is fun for kids of all ages.

Serves: 40 cookies
  • 1 cup butter (or Earthbalance) room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups gluten free all purpose flour with xanthum gum (we use GF Jules (affiliate link))
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 40 Hershey's Kisses, wrapping removed
  • Confectioner's sugar
  1. At medium speed beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  2. At low speed beat in flour and nuts until well combined.
  3. Divide the dough into 40 equal parts and shape each part around kiss to make a ball.
  4. Place on undgreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 375 degrees 12 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown.
  6. Cool slightly & roll in confectioner’s sugar. Enjoy!
