Vegging out on the best gluten-free pizza! Homemade gluten-free pizza crust topped with garden-fresh grilled zucchini, grilled scallions, fresh ricotta, grated assagio, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, fresh basil and a squeeze of juice from charred lemon halves.

The recipe sounds fancy but it is actually quite quick and easy with a grill pan!
