Ready to eat in under 30 minutes
This gluten-free Veggie Chickpea Soup tastes really fresh using Swiss Chard (one of my favorites) and topping it with green onions! It could easily be dairy-free and vegan by eliminating or substituting the shredded Parmesan. The best part: The dish is ready to eat in less than 30 minutes!
