The dip recipe is from Food & Wine. I like to use Tofutti sour cream instead of the yogurt, and serve it with Jilz Gluten Free Crackers, or veggies or even gluten-free chips.
Trying some new dips today and this homemade “Spinach and Caramelized Onion Dip” is a keeper! Served here with Jilz Crackerz, it works equally well with veggies or even chips! It’s a healthier version of the classic. I also used Tofutti sour cream instead of yogurt.
