Dressed Up Apples are currently my go to snack.  We literally eat them any time of day — they are a quick and easy, packed with nutrients and really yummy.

I love that  they are totally adaptable to individual tastes or mood.  Just slice an apple, top it with any nut or seed butter and any toppings…. the possibilities are endless.

These are topped with Sun Butter sunflower seed butter, Enjoy Life Foods mini chips, walnuts, gogi berries and shredded coconut.

Dressed Up Apples are one of our favorite quick and easy snacks. Completely adaptable to individual tastes or mood, they are packed with nutrients and delicious.

Ingredients
  • Apples
  • Any Nut or Seed Butter (we used Sun Butter here)
  • Chocolate chips (we used Enjoy Life Foods Mini Chips(
  • walnuts
  • gogi berries
  • shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Slice Apples
  2. Spread nut or seed butter over apples.
  3. Top with chocolate chips, walnuts, dried cherries, shredded coconut.
