High flavor & high protein
It’s been cool & Fall-like this weekend, and while I happen to love Fall & all yummy eats it brings, I’m a Summer baby at heart and I’m not quite ready to let go…
So while I roasted veggies today including butternut squash (I know), I really long for a few more beach days & burgers.
Details on this one: Recipe from Simply Quinoa it’s made with quinoa, black beans, shallots, garlic, 1 egg white & lots of spices- chili powder, cumin, lime zest & juice, and Sriracha. And it’s BAKED! High flavor & high protein, it’s a good one.
