Recipe adapted from Pinch of Yum, we love recipes that are easily adaptable to tastes or whatever vegetables you have on hand. Here, I used julienne cut carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, red peppers, and broccoli. Great on it’s own or along side any grilled protein of your choice, or add an additional protein directly into the noodles.
