Perfect comfort food for a cold evening.

Comfort food to end a busy weekend. 5 ingredient Italian White Bean + Kale Soup and garlic bread made with Everybody Eats NYC baguette we purchased at the Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo yesterday.

My husband made the soup while I was at baseball all day with my oldest son. It was a gorgeous day but the temperature dropped when the sun went down so this was so welcome & warming!

Recipe adapted from Vegetarian Times Magazine, we substituted 2 containers of Pomi crushed tomatoes plus basil, salt & pepper for the roasted tomatoes and it was delicious.
