You guys, there’s a Hershey’s Kiss when you bite into this cookie! These “Hidden Chocolate Kiss Cookies” (the recipe is from my Aunt’s friend years ago!) are a favorite of my younger son, especially when they first come out of the oven and the chocolate is still warm!.

With only 7 ingredients, they are super easy to make, which is a good thing since I usually make several batches each holiday season!

Hidden Kiss Cookies
There's a Hershey's Kiss when you bite into this cookie!

Serves: 40 cookies
  • 1 cup butter (or Earthbalance) room temperature
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour (we use GFJules)
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 40 Hershey's Kisses, wrapping removed
  • Confectioner's sugar
  1. At medium speed beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  2. At low speed beat in flour and nuts until well combined.
  3. Divide the dough into 40 equal parts and shape each part around kiss to make a ball.
  4. Place on undgreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 375 degrees 12 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown.
  6. Cool slightly & roll in confectioner’s sugar. Enjoy!
