Tastes even better the second day...
This is how we do Christmas Day Antipasto! The family sitting around a big table with platters of fresh food, and plenty of conversation. No cooking required the day of, naturally gluten-free and something for everyone! All so delicious… and, luckily for us, this is the only spread that may taste even better the second day!

The spread includes:
- Caprese salad
- Grilled veggies (eggplant, zucchini, Portobello mushrooms, yellow peppers) topped with fresh herbs
- Cured meats (provolone; salami; prosciutto)
- Balsamic marinated tomatoes
- Centerpiece platter (below)
The centerpiece platter includes:
- Italian tuna
- Roasted peppers
