Last year we made Chocolate-covered Caramelized Matzoh Crunch for the first time and now I know what all the fuss is about… it’s AMAAAAZING!
At a friend’s recommendation we followed a recipe from David Leibovitz but used Yehuda Gluten-free matzo-style squares. It’s super easy and melt in your mouth yummy. It’s literally matzoh, covered in caramel and chocolate then whatever toppings you like. We topped ours with toasted almonds, sprinkles and toasted coconut for a festive plate.
