For these fries I followed Feel Good Foodie’s recipe. I tossed them first in GF Jules gluten-free flour, then in olive oil mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper and baked them at 400°. Never fails!

So when I saw pre-cut sweet potato fries at Whole Foods, I had to make them! Homemade Baked Sweet Potato Fries are the best — but let’s face it, isn’t cutting sweet potatoes into strips just too much work sometimes? All I had to do here was season and bake them! They turned out perfectly. Quick, easy and yummy!
