Recipe from my friend The Healthy Hazelnut, they literally took five minutes to prep. Just slice the avocados, dip in gluten-free flour, egg or egg alternative, and gluten-free panko crumbs, then bake for 20 minutes.

Hello Avocado Fries! If you enjoy avocado, you must try “Baked Avocado Fries”! They are hands-down the BEST! Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and so yummy! Tastes decadent but still good for you! My boys weren’t so sure but my husband and I LOVED them, especially dipped in Sir Kensingtons Chipolte Mayo! We used GF Jules gluten-free flour and Aleias GF gluten-free Panko bread crumbs.
