My recipe was adapted from Fit Mitten Kitchen. If you don’t know Ashley, check out her feed: she’s an avid baker and has lots of great food inspo. Some are gluten-free and the rest are easily adapted. This dish is made with coconut sugar, coconut oil, maple syrup and applesauce. You’ll find the original recipe on FitMittenKitchen.com.
Mad for Muffins!
Mad for muffins! These freshly baked Apple Cinnamon Muffins with Streusel Topping won’t last long. Gluten-free and dairy-free, they are moist, light and dangerously delicious! Best part was they were quick and easy to make.
I substituted GF Jules flour in place of whole wheat flour and they turned out perfectly! Who knew the difference? No one! They were devoured by family and friends in one day. So yummy!
